The Filipinas Heritage Library, in partnership with Fundaciòn Santiago, Filipino Heritage Festival Inc., and the National Commission for Culture and the Arts, launched in 2005 Noon at Ngayon, a nationwide photo competition-exhibit. The aim of the contest is to heighten the appreciation of Philippine architecture by showcasing the visual transformations of architectural landmarks over time. After a successful series of traveling exhibitions in major areas in the country, the project was concluded last May 9, 2006 with the awarding ceremonies and exhibit launch of the Top 10 entries. Featured in this gallery are the winning photos of this year’s Top 10 awardees.
The event was made possible through the generous support of Epson Philippines, Axis Global Technologies (exclusive local distributor of Olympus cameras), Via Mare Corporation, and Oakwood Premier Ayala Center.
